POLICY

Description a breakdown of product condition:

New, Factory-sealed - Product is brand new, factory-sealed from the manufacturer, in the OEM packaging and carries the manufacturers warranty.
New, Open Box - Product is new, but the factory seal has been broken on the OEM packaging. The unit is complete with all literature, drivers, manuals and accessories included.
Factory Refurbished - Product that has been refurbished by the manufacturer, and is repackaged in the OEM box, complete with all literature, drivers, and manuals found in new packaging. These units carry a warranty ranging from 90-Day warranty to a 1-year factory warranty.

- PREPAY with Money Order or Cashiers Check Personal Checks (5-7 days to clear)

- 6.5% Tax for Florida Resident will be applied

Time to Process Your Order

Time to Process is the estimated number of business days from the date of order to shipping of product. In most cases, we will ship your order(s) on the next business day after your order. Please take account of following circumstances where this process may be delayed:
-- If we need to verify your credit card information, shipment of merchandise will be delayed until verification is complete.
-- If your merchandise ships from one of our supplier's warehouses, several additional business days may be required for processing.
-- If your shipping address is different from your billing address, this may cause additional delays and verification needs.
-- Built-to-order merchandise requires additional processing days.
-- Merchandise does not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Time in Transit

Time in Transit is the estimated number of business days from shipment of product to your receipt of product. You can choose between rapid delivery or the economy of ground freight. For rapid delivery we offer FedEx Next Day service. For ground freight we offer UPS ground service. Please note that:
-- FedEx Next Day service is from time of product shipment.
-- Packages can not be delivered to Alaska or Hawaii via UPS ground service.
-- For APO/FPO deliveries we ship using US Postal Express Mail service. Only packages up to 70lbs can be delivered to an APO/FPO address.

Product Warranty

Ours notebooks computers and accessories are covered by manufacturers warranty.

Returning Merchandise

All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refundable. All returns must be in original mint condition with original packaging and warranty cards. Manufacturer's box must be clean of any type, writing or mutilation. No exceptions.
